Hampton Park Magnolias II

Original artwork from the Hampton Park Magnolias series, created between May and August 2026.

This summer I walked by the magnolias at Hampton Park daily, and they piqued my curiosity. It was a summer of looking closer, savoring the moment, and painting big ideas. I began with a sketchbook in hand at the park and worked through several studies before bringing the idea to life on panel. I chose the paints to match the colors in our home, and I kept two large versions of these paintings in our dining room. I hope these paintings bring joy to your home!
